At DigitalFirst.ai, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our customers. We understand the importance of a flexible refund policy for our Software as a Service (SaaS) marketing platform users. This document outlines our refund policy terms for your understanding and convenience.

Scope of Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all DigitalFirst.ai monthly, annual, and lifetime plan* subscriptions. For a better experience, we encourage users to sign up for our 7-day free trial before purchasing a subscription plan.

7-Day Free Trial

We encourage users to take advantage of our 7-day free trial to familiarize themselves with the features and capabilities of our marketing platform. The trial can help users determine if DigitalFirst.ai is a good fit for their marketing needs.  If you do not cancel the trial within the 7-day period, your credit card will be charged for the selected subscription plan. However, if you are unsatisfied with the platform, you are still eligible for our 14-day refund policy as outlined above.

14-Day Refund Policy

DigitalFirst.ai offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of the first purchase (started subscription). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our marketing platform within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. The refund request is submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. You have not violated any terms and conditions stated in our Terms of Service.
  3. You have exercised due diligence in using our platform and accessing all available resources to resolve any issues before requesting a refund.

Lifetime Plan with NFT: DigitalFirst.ai lifetime plan includes the use of a non-fungible token (NFT) as part of our services. Upon purchasing the lifetime plan, customers will receive an NFT as a unique digital asset representing their subscription.

Please note that once you receive the NFT associated with the lifetime plan, the purchase becomes non-refundable. This is because the NFT showcases ownership and access to exclusive features available to lifetime plan subscribers, hence making it difficult to revoke the benefits once allocated.

*Refund Policy for Lifetime Plan Subscribers

In light of the added NFT component, our refund policy for lifetime plan subscribers is as follows:

  1. If the NFT has not been transferred: You are still eligible for our 14-day refund policy if you meet the criteria mentioned earlier in this document. In this case, you can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, following the refund request procedure outlined above.
  2. If the NFT has been transferred: Once you receive the NFT, your lifetime plan purchase becomes non-refundable. As the NFT provides you with unique benefits and exclusive features, the refund policy does not apply after it has been issued.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@digitalfirst.ai within the stipulated 14-day period, providing information about your subscription and reasons for the refund request.
  2. Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information, if necessary, to understand your situation better.
  3. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that DigitalFirst.ai reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may refuse a refund if the conditions outlined above are not met.
