3-Day Free Trial
We encourage users to take advantage of our 3-day free trial to familiarize themselves with the features and capabilities of our marketing platform. The trial can help users determine if DigitalFirst.ai is a good fit for their marketing needs. If you do not cancel the trial within the 3-day period, your credit card will be charged for the selected subscription plan. However, if you are unsatisfied with the platform, you are still eligible for our 14-day refund policy as outlined above.
14-Day Refund Policy
DigitalFirst.ai offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our marketing platform within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Lifetime Plan with NFT: DigitalFirst.ai lifetime plan includes the use of a non-fungible token (NFT) as part of our services. Upon purchasing the lifetime plan, customers will receive an NFT as a unique digital asset representing their subscription.
Please note that once you receive the NFT associated with the lifetime plan, the purchase becomes non-refundable. This is because the NFT showcases ownership and access to exclusive features available to lifetime plan subscribers, hence making it difficult to revoke the benefits once allocated.
