Content uploaded by you, whether in the form of pictures, text, videos, advertisements, or any other sort of content (“User Content”), remains your property. Where you publish User Content on our Service, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, aggregate, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content (in whole or part) worldwide.
In a joint effort to promote transparency and knowledge sharing, we may display your first name, last name and avatar as the author of any public tactics that you contribute to our system. This information is used to recognize your contribution and is showcased in our Growth Hackers base (if you will apply to become a Growth Hacker), thereby allowing other users to learn from your experiences and insights.
Please understand that the use of this information is completely based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent anytime. If you wish to remove your details from our database or our Growth Hackers base, you can either delete your account by logging into your account and choosing the 'delete account' option, or by contacting us directly and requesting to have your account deleted. We respect your privacy rights and are completely committed to keeping your data secure. Your information will be deleted from our databases immediately upon the receipt of your request. However, please note, once your data is deleted, all the tactics you have shared with our community will no longer be credited to your name or avatar.
Additionally, it's important to note that in some cases, we may cooperate with third-party platforms. In such instances, your data might be shared with these third parties to enhance the overall user experience or for collaborative purposes. Rest assured, we will take necessary measures to ensure that any such sharing complies with relevant data protection laws and regulations. As a user, the tactics and strategies you share in the Growth Hackers base will remain your intellectual property. This license continues even if you stop using our platform, although you have the right to withdraw this license by deleting your account or specific content you posted, as mentioned above. We highly respect your intellectual property rights and aim to protect them to the fullest extent.
Our Services are provided on an 'as is' basis without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We will not be liable for any loss or harm caused by the use of our Services.
